C#, .NET Developer - W2 Hourly only

1 year contract with possible extensions for a Sr. C#, .NET developer. Candidate needs to have 5 or more years proven .NET development experience. Ideal candidate will have a BS Degree.

Duties include:

Design, build, testing, implementation and support of application systems for the Sales and Marketing area. Ensure secure, efficient, and economic availability of applications processing with adequate safeguards for both security and integrity. Translate identified business and technical requirements into designs in accordance with enterprise standards and architectures

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or has 3-5 years of related business experience.

Working knowledge of customer area Client Server applications

Ability to learn/adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment - ability to manage change

Development experience with web services and web-based applications

Well-versed in C# .Net, Classic ASP, Server Administration and XML, Desktop Troubleshooting

Experience with tools utilized in support and manage of SQL, DB2 and/or Oracle databases

Familiar with Microsoft's .NET Framework versions, Oracle 10g, DB2 and SQL databases

Well-versed in troubleshooting problems and finding solutions or options for technical issues

Competent in the use of development tools and procedures of software development methodology

Experience in consulting with internal customers on proposed systems changes; prioritizing, scoping and estimating work.

Local candidates preferred, Must be able to work hourly on a w2 only.
