Buyer Service FR/DU - Brussels

For our client, a company active in the energy sector, we are looking for a Buyer, to be responsible for managing the requests and treating tender for facility management, transmission network and corporate services.

Responsibilities:

- In collaboration with other buyers and Lead Buyers, you will be in charge of harmonizing the procedures;
- Managing requests from A to Z: use the product policy, contract notice (if applicable), negotiation, finalization of contracts, communication sheet etc.
- Treating tender of small and medium order for facility management, maintenance of the transmission network and corporate services
- Drafting Contract Notices and Tender documents for certain products
- Analysis of applications / proposals and drafting of the relevant justifications documents
- Ensure close cooperation with representatives of other-referred services (Multifunctional Team, with objective to create a final purchase)
- Negotiating offer inclusive technical alignment
- Organize the management of (significant) contracts by meeting regularly with suppliers and internal customers

Profile:

- BANABA or Master's degree or equivalent in experience
- You have a good knowledge of MS office and MS project. A knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- You are a good decision-maker with strong analytical skills
- Capable of thinking outside the box
- You can be diplomatic and have good communication skills, even with hierarchical superiors.
- A born negotiator
- Perfectly bilingual FR/DU. English is an added value
- You are a team-player and a results-driven person
