Projektbeschreibung
The role will be primarily focused on supporting the Sourcing Manager across Facilities Management, Engineering and Constructions projects. The successful candidate will preferably have experience within a Buyer position, a background in facilities management, construction or premises, and with some exposure to key commercial legal principles.
The candidate will need a good level of commercial acumen and analytical skills, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Any exposure to JCT, RICS, or ACE is a definite advantage.
