Responsible and accountable for development, and/or communication and implementation of a local or regional sourcing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manages policies, agreements, source catalogs, and special purchasing programs.
- Supports specific Product line(s) NPI programs.
- Provides leadership for sourcing, logistics and resource management decisions.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives and new product introduction activities within Purchasing Liaison with corresponding Category/Platform based Buyers.
- Potential travel.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of job-related experience in the field of Purchasing, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering Functional leadership
- Ability to lead teams, suppliers and customers to effective solutions
- Analytical, problem solving, and project leadership skills
- Fluent in English language
- Effective communicator in written and oral form
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
