Business Wellness/Test Manager - Retail Banking - Divestment/Migration - Bristol/London - £400/day

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Central co-ordinating function for a large divestment programme over two of the transition states.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- To define wellness scope for each event.
- To agree scope with all workstreams involved.
- To facilitate workshops with workstreams.
- To document and gain approval from stakeholders
- To assist in constructing SoE.

CORE SKILLS

- Experience in business processes across multiple business domains, eg commercial, operations, retail, credit, etc.
- Test and scoping experience for large scale implementation project.
- Running large workshops to obtain buy in from various stakeholders from different stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem solving skill.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Divestment experience and financial services experiences in retail banking.
