Business Transformation Lead - Brussels - French Speaker

LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION LEAD FLUENT IN DUTCH AND FRENCH TO START IMMEDIATELY IN BRUSSELS.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Transformation lead will be based in Brussels to drive the Business Transformation (BT) team. This includes strategic thinking, thought leadership and tactical planning in the areas of business process architecture, business readiness & deployment, organization re-alignment and benefits realization management.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Support Program Director & PMO in the planning and management of BT activities
-

Lead a team of business analysts in designing target business processes in alignment with the high level functional solution, customer requirements and target organizational design
-

Provide weekly executive summary reporting on BT status against planned activities within a Matrix environment

Analyze the people related impacts identified to a level that will enable the definition of a target organizational design in line with the target business processes
-

Define action plans to address significant people, process, and technology changes (deployment planning)

Align action plans with other major programme activities such as UAT, Training and Migration
-

Conduct Stakeholder Management and build customer relationships whilst ensuring all communications are appropriately endorsed to program leadership Lead the creation of a Communication Plan to determine the type, audience, message structure/content, frequency etc of all Project related communications

Lead the strategy definition and planning of how the BT team will continue to work in conjunction with other consultants in other tracks to define the critical knowledge, skills, and abilities that will be tracked by role to identify primary knowledge recipients and consultant coaches

Ensure full alignment with the Training teams

Help define a comprehensive approach to assist our customer and partners in transitioning from the current state to the new system and processes.

Lead the definition of a KPI model (including key metrics, measurement approach, base line and target numbers) that will serve as a basis for measuring the success of the project going forward. Lead the ongoing monitoring and measurement of KPIs against targets to determine level of success throughout the project life cycle and post implementation.

Desired Skills and Experience

7+ years' experience in guiding clients through the management and execution of strategic business transformation programs

Have implemented transformational change in a large complex multi-disciplinary environment.

Manage the Business Transformation stream on a US$50m+ Program
-

Strong strategic perspective - Can lead identification of requirements, develop plans, and identify risks and issues.

Strong project management skills - Can effectively organize activities, manage a workplan, work collaboratively with others, drive to deadlines and manage risks and issues.

Languages: English and French

Strong communication skills - Able to tell a story in concise and impactful ways, able to deliver effective oral and written communications (including presenting).

Strong PowerPoint skills - Able synthesize information into visually impactful and well organized documents.

Fast learner and developer - Able to come up to speed quickly on issues and to quickly turn around ideas and documents.

Effective Leader - Able to establish relationship with stakeholders. Able to lead a large team of consultants in producing high quality deliverables in line with the project's timelines
