Business Transformation Director

My client is a respected Government organisation looking for a Business Transformation Director to join their team for an initial 12 month contract.

Your main focus will be directed on a large scale business personnel change activities including business policies and processes, related systems and technologies, job roles, individual responsibilities and detailed organisational structures to adequately address the effects of a large program delivering major reform in a large customer focused business environment.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- Extensive experience in managing in a Matrix organisation & coordinating successful personal change management activities for large programs
- Extensive experience in working on multi-million dollar complex personnel change management transformation programs including a multi-faceted business reform utilising SAP or similar software
- Superior management skills & ability to successfully motivate various departmental & contractual staff/teams in a program management structure
- Knowledge/understanding & proven experience within a large government personnel/payroll/staffing divisions & processes & the impact state-wide change will have on the organisation
- Exceptional communication skills, negotiation & influencing skills to foster current relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Government processes & development methodologies
