Business Transformation Consultant

Leading Global Solutions Provider requires a Business Transformation Consultant for a long term contract role based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the initial set up of a new state utilities body in Ireland. The role will span from system set up through to country wide implementation and will provide a rare opportunity to be involved in such a project. You will design and build the business capability and responsibilities will include documentation of process design, support of policy definition, definition of role descriptions and support of enablement through training: Manage Service Level Agreements
- Manage the commercial payment and performance of the SLA's with the Local Authorities Manage Contracts
- Manage the commercial payment and performance of the major outsourced DBO (design, build operate) contracts. Management of commercial contract policy and ensure adherence and oversee contract negotiation on major contracts. Utilities Industry experience highly beneficial.
