Role: Change Manager

Skills:

Hands-on experience as a Change Manager with current and past experience in successfully managing large transformation initiatives
 Exposure to Business Transformation and IT Transformation
 Understanding of SOA and Integration
 Preferably PROSCI-Certified professional in Change Management

Experience:

Should have worked in real-life SOA initiatives - in the capacity of change manager.
 Should have worked in SOA initiatives that involves external interfaces to outside world (Partner Applications, Supplier Applications, Third-Party integration, etc)
 Should have worked closely with Business stakeholders in seeking change sponsorship in terms of translating business vision, business strategy to change planning

Roles and Responsibilities:

Application of formal change management methodologies, principles and practices (Example: ADKAR model)
 Identify and develop the change sponsorship model
 Integrate change management activities and schedule with the program team schedule.
 Track progress of the change management plan
 Evaluate results, address and mitigate risks
 Collect feedback from change participants and analyze feedback
 Manage resistance to change from participants. Analyze root cause and implement corrective actions.
