Business Test Manager - Regulatory Initiatives Trading

BUSINESS TEST MANAGER - For our client, a major global bank, we are curretly looking for an experienced Test Manager with recent regulatory project experience and knowledge of financial derivatives.

YOUR TASKS:

- As part of the Business test coordination team, you will deliver the compliance to the FinfraG regulation and similar local regulations for the PB & WM's global derivatives trading business.
- Lead the business testing efforts independently for the various releases
- Support the overall program test lead in the coordination of the end to end testing activities across projects
- Define the testing approach, strategy, planning and estimation of testing effort
- Leadership and control of the subsequent testing execution and reporting effort including defect management and sign off tollgates
- Manage and coordinate a varied and demanding set of business stakeholders

YOU SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Ability to manage the functional scope of business testing within the context of a release/delivery
- Ability to plan, monitor, and control testing activities and tasks
- Ability to define test objectives, test policies, test strategies and test plans
- Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures
- Monitor, measure and report on test progress
- Several years of Banking/financial services experience
- Recent regulatory project experience (EMIR/FinfraG)
- Knowledge and experience of financial derivatives
- Fluency in English
