Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a Business Test Manager to join our client in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a great opportunity to live in one of the most interesting and financially stable cities in Switzerland.
OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS AREA:
The team Regulatory Initiatives Trading & AM belongs to the CFO division of PB&WM. It implements major regulatory changes for PB&WM globally. The Global OTC Derivatives Program (GODP) has the goal to deliver the compliance to the FinfraG regulation and similar local regulations for the PB & WM's global derivatives trading business. The program is based in Zurich. We are looking to enhance the existing Business testing coordination team with a new member.
ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team member in our Business test coordination team
Lead independently the business testing efforts for the various releases of a selection of the program's 6 projects
Support the overall program test lead in the coordination of the end to end testing activities across projects
Define the testing approach and strategy, planning and estimation of testing effort and the leadership and control of the subsequent testing execution and reporting effort including defect management and sign off tollgates
Manage and coordinate a varied and demanding set of business stakeholders
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
Ability to manage the functional scope of business testing within the context of a release/delivery
Ability to plan, monitor, and control testing activities and tasks
Ability to define test objectives, test policies, test strategies and test plans
Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures
Monitor, measure and report on test progress
Several years of Banking/financial services experience
Recent regulatory project experience
Knowledge and experience of financial derivatives
English
EMIR/FinfraG knowledge
Banking/Finance project experience
German preferred
