Business Test Lead

Edinburgh: Lead Business Test Analyst - £250 - £300 per day. EA Change Groups' Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and experienced Lead Business Test Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

The Lead Test Analyst will be involved in test preparation and execution for a number of project within the insurance division.

Experience required:

Confident communicating with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.
Demonstrate resilience that enables consistent high quality results.
Analytical skills: Take a set of requirements and turn them into a robust, comprehensive, traceable test plan.
Insurance product knowledge.
Experience of managing a small team of direct reports. (Test Analysts as per above)
Able to use prior contract experience to add value to decisions made by the bank.
Aware of external risks that could impact own delivery: Aware of how own actions could pose a risk to others.
Shares knowledge with others to improve the overall team.
