Business Test Lead

Edinburgh: Business Test Lead - £250 - £300 per day.

EA Change Groups' Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and experienced Business Test Lead to join them on a contract basis.

The Project is to ensure that bank can distribute life insurance products (protection) through the intermediary market. It will also provide the capability for the bank to access and sell the proposition.
We require a strong BAT Lead with Protection products experience.

Experience required:

- Experience of working on a large
- Recognised testing qualification.
- Confident communicating with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Demonstrate resilience that enables consistent high quality results.
- Analytical skills: Take a set of requirements and turn them into a robust, comprehensive, traceable test plan.
- Insurance product knowledge.
- Experience of managing a small team of direct reports.
- Aware of external risks that could impact own delivery: Aware of how own actions could pose a risk to others.
- Shares knowledge with others to improve the overall team.
