Business Test Coordinator

The business test coordinator is responsible for the preparation and the coordination of the execution of the User Acceptance Testing of projects.

He works with the project manager, the product owner and the business analysts for the definition of the test strategy, the test plan and all UAT deliverables at the project.
- He is the Primary point of communication for the testers.
- He coordinates all UAT activities, provides training and assistance to the testers to ensure they are following testing and defect reporting processes.
- He works with the product owner to ensure test cases and scenarios are assigned and being tested.

He works with the Business Analyst to ensure all requirements (functional and non functional) are covered by the test plan and tested.
- He assists with the duty of complex test cases.
- He reviews results of major and final tests to determine if product specifications are met in line with requirements and standards.
- He works with the PMO to improve the quality level of the delivered products.
- He monitors and evaluates testing practices and tools to improve the testing process and quality of test results.

Language skills:
- English is mandatory, formal operation (reporting, documentation) will be in English, verbal communication could be in French and/or Dutch.

Skills
- Effective communication: Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people
- Proven knowledge and experience in testing methodology, processes and tools (Quality Center, Jira)
- Proven experience in Project management
- Quality assurance oriented
- IT background
- Has a university degree
- ISTQB Certified Tester
- At least one (international) project management methodology
- TMAP methodology
