Je functie: Context
The team "Transversal/BE" is responsible for the business analysis, design, testing & production support for a collection of payment products (IntelliMatch, IntelliTracs, Cheques, SWIFT, Business Bridge….) and this in the context of maintenance releases or projects.
IntelliTracs is one of the assets managed as part of a shared service cent. IntelliTracs is part of our Exception Processing platform for intelligent financial control and service. It provides a unified set of facilities that can be used to track, control and resolve exception items based on bank and customer inquiries. It can be used in two ways.
Investigators can use the module interactively to set up and work case investigations or through the Agent Server, the module can be used to automatically investigate a case that has been set up interactively and perform all or part of the necessary case resolution actions. Additionally, the Agent Server can set up a case to perform part of the necessary case resolution actions and assign the case to an investigator who can interactively continue the investigation.
The core of this asset is a package, called 'IntelliTracs', delivered by the company Sungard.
We are actively searching a Business Analyst/Tester to support the further evolution and extension of the application from out of the 'business requirements' of our users.
Function Description
Responsible to collect business needs from various requestors in Belgium, France and Italy, to describe them in a structured way, to communicate them to developers, to test the changes, to communicate towards the requestors and the system users about the changes implemented. He will be responsible as well to help in the coordination of the asset (incidents, planning, scope of releases, …).
Typical deliverables: business requirements, test plans, test report, release communications, meeting support slides, meeting minutes, …

° Ability to compromise on solutions with multiple parties
° Experience with a banking package like IntelliTracs
Business Experience
Mandatory
° Experience with test preparation & execution, (V-model)
° Experience with defects and incidents management
° Risk awareness (judging severity of incidents)
Preferable
° Agile (Scrum) & Unified Modelling Language knowledge is a plus
