Business Test Analyst, Bank Risk, UAT or IT Testing, Test Scripts (NON

Our client is offering an exciting project BUSINESS TEST ANALYST position within Risk Strategic Change in Zurich.

(10 months project)

The Team act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales. They ensure maximum added value by closely working with our business stakeholders to understand and interpret their needs and to stringently prioritize our resources.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and corresponding IT change and design end-to-end and Risk user acceptance tests
- Prepare business test documents including test scenarios and test scripts
- Drive and coordinate test execution against plan
- Document test results and coordinate remediation activities
- Work with the Functional Architects, Business Analysts and Risk and IT SME to ensure test

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Strong track record in UAT or IT test management
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience in process mapping
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bank risk management experience and understanding
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
