Business / Test Analyst

Mission
The client's IT Payments department is (a.o.) responsible for the business analysis, design, testing & production support for a collection of payment products (IntelliMatch, IntelliTracs, Cheques, SWIFT, Business Bridge….) and this in the context of maintenance releases or projects.

Within this team, one "Monitoring" team is responsible to manage the evolutions of the Monitoring tool used to monitor Payments on the client's platfoms ('Business Bridge') and its set up on the different payment engines (SEPA CT, SEPA DD, MTS,…) to ensure the Business Activity and Client Activity Monitoring.

The core of this Monitoring application is a package, called 'Business Bridge', delivered by the company SYSTAR.

Responsibilities
Creation of business analysis, execution of business acceptance tests and end-to-end tests required on the BBR (Business Bridge) applications for the different payment products in order to improve our Monitoring capabilities. This includes end-to-end testing and coordination with other entities and departments, reporting on the project progress, organizing coordination meetings, …

Typical deliverables: business requirements, test plan, test report, meeting minutes.

Education
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Languages
- French: Good
- Dutch: Good
- English: Fluent

Experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in banking.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- affinity with systems and processes
- ability to work with IT BBR Competence Center department to transfer & explain specifications or defects to the developers
- ability to compromise on solutions with multiple parties (business, IT)

Preferable
- experience with a banking package like Business Bridge is a plus

Business Experience
Mandatory
- experience with test preparation & execution, (V-model)
- experience with defects and incidents management
- risk awareness (judging severity of incidents)

Preferable
- Agile (Scrum) & Unified Modelling Language knowledge is a plus
