* Extensive Testing and Business Analyst experience
* Thorough and proven knowledge of Test methodologies, test automation and working with internal delivery partners and third parties
* Proven experience working within the Project Management Framework
* Ability to define test strategies which are aligned to Business appetite for risk
* Extensive experience working with multiple disciplined stakeholders
* Ability to handle large volumes of work and detailed technical business issues
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent knowledge of all business areas and their internal and external operating environment
* High awareness of external IT marketplace and technology developments;
* Knowledge of relevant industry practices & regulation
