Business Technology Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project manage a commercial loyalty website and app enhancement program
- Define project plans and schedules to manage the sequencing, scheduling and resourcing of multiple projects.
- Be able to work with the team to understand the business requirements to ensure the technical solution is scoped to meet these needs.
- Leverage your technology integration and delivery experience to gauge the viability and quality of the solutions proposed. Challenge the team to right scope and deliver solutions appropriate for the program and business need.
- Understand the key deliverables, challenges, dependencies, and impacts of decisions, delays etc. and take action as appropriate to remediate.
- Establish an overall resource plan for the projects. Manage the approved allocated budget for project delivery
- Oversee all project related activities to achieve project deliverables managing to scope, time, resources and quality. Identify and initiate the on boarding of resources to the projects.
- Provide weekly status reporting information, including any relevant project and program documentation, to key stakeholders
- Maintain and track project issue logs and clearly document decisions and next actions

SKILLS:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Technical or Business field required

- Program, Project management and systems integration
- Experience in Business Process Analysis & Design, and managing Systems Development Lifecycle
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Customer focus
- Timely decision making and problem solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, good communicator written and verbal, easy to work with.
