BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT
We are looking for an experienced Business Technology Architect (BTA) for our Basel based client in the pharma sector. The focus of the BTA is to lead and establish business value creation for drug development by leveraging technology.
YOUR TASKS:
- Evaluating new technological developments and evolving business requirements
- Making recommendations for improved service levels and efficiencies
- Providing input to project proposals related to new technologies/innovations, actively engaging with business and technical stakeholders
- Structuring problem domain and defining data, process, functional and architectural requirements
- Assuming responsibility for the full life cycle of the solution
- Identify potential solution options, defining selection criteria and establishing proto-types
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5-8 years of experience in working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the drug development function
- Strong knowledge in more than one business domain and technology
- Advanced business analyses and technology skills
- Capable of managing and leading a medium to large sized group of BTA's as a team lead (8+)
- Advanced Agile and hybrid SDLC experience, good understanding of the IT solution delivery processes
