SUMMARY

- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities.
- Be an expert in capturing requirements, building strong documentation, and communicating effectively with offshore development teams.
- Responsible for working with the business to manage the Requirement and User Acceptance testing processes for new functionality including documentation, training, issue management, etc.
- Responsible for project metrics for requirements, design, and development.
- Responsibilities and projects will be in support of retirement practice which includes retirement systems for managing pension plans.
- Responsibilities will include work on highly complex projects with multiple stakeholders in various locations.

SKILLS

- Experience working in an iterative application development model.
- Requires skills while working with the business such as influencing, negotiation, and building consensus.
- Business Analyst experience (6 to 8 years)
- Project Management experience
- Undergraduate degree (in business or IT preferred)
- Experience working with offshore development teams preferred
- Experience working in short iterative development life cycles
- Experience working with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS) preferred
- Great communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
