Business Sytems Analyst, Performance Reporting System

Using a variety of techniques, the Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, model existing and new processes, and create solutions for the company's business community. Along with partnering with Developers and Quality Assurance specialists, the BSA will also update project managers on the status of assigned tasks. This role will call for an individual to interact across different business lines within the company.

The following bullets outline skills and experience required for the position:

* Experience with performance attribution, measurement and risk analytics.
* Extensive experience modeling complex calculations and business rules pertaining to performance and risk analytics.
* A familiarity with SQL.
* The ability to conduct detailed analysis on existing databases.
* The ability to use SQL to model data required for reporting, UI screens or in calculations.

The following bullets highlight skills not necessary but preferred for the role:

* An understanding of Agile development methodology and Behavior Driven Development.
* A development background with knowledge of programming languages.
* The ability to review and reverse engineer the code of an existing application.
* Hold a CFA.
