BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking Business Systems Project Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract, for approximately 12 months.

Reporting to the Technical Programme Manager, the Business Systems Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that defined internal business systems projects are delivered efficiently within budget and timescales and in adherence with quality expectations.

The Business Systems Project Manager is also responsible for the co-ordination of activities and the assignment and management of internal and external resource within approved timescales. This roles also has sole responsibility for any approved project budget and is responsible for the collation and monitoring of timesheets and expenses. In addition, the Business Systems Project Manager is responsible for stakeholder management and communications throughout the project life cycle.

KEY DUTIES OF THE BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

- Deliver Microsoft based software solutions
- Deliver Microsoft based software solutions
- Deliver bespoke software solutions
- Deliver bespoke infrastructure, network and VOIP solutions
- Deliver productised commodities
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to define and document their requirements
- Manage internal project delivery resource
- Manage external project delivery resource, vendors and partners
- Communicate with internal stakeholders
- Responsible for end to end project life cycle
- Manage change control and & risk management

BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER - THE PERSON

In order to be successful for the Business Systems Project Manager, you will not only have previous experience in a similar role, you will be confident and customer focused as you will be representing the Outsourcery brand to internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER AT OUTSOURCERY:

- Prince 2 Foundation Level

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER AT OUTSOURCERY:

- Prince 2 Practitioner
- ITIL V3 Foundation
- Microsoft Surestep Practitioner
- Scrum Practitioner
