Business/Systems Analysts x3 - Buckinghamshire - 6 Months

Buckinghamshire based client is in urgent need of 3 x Business/Systems Analysts to start ASAP.

These are initial 6 month contracts with possible extensions.

There are 3 projects taking place all based around care management, housing management and finance or asset management systems hence any experience of working with these systems or working with a care provider would be highly desirable.

Key Skills Include:
- Proven Business Analysis skills
- Systems analysis/systems knowledge ( ideally one of the above mentioned)
- Experience of 3rd party systems support and configuration
- High degree of technical skills; SqlServer. Sql code
- Documentation of "AS IS" and "TO BE" processes whilst gathering requirements
- Writing and running the test scripts whilst supporting Sql Server to see if data fits
- Reporting on how data is meant to look like to the users whilst liaising with them and the trainers
- Carrying out any "GAP analysis" whilst making recommendations
- Someone that is confident and assertive in driving the projects forward.

Desirable Skills Include:
- Specific systems experience; Care management ( QL) , housing management, finance or asset management systems
- Data analysis
- Experience of working with a care provider
