We are the leading IT outsourcing company seeking BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST SUPPORT SERVICES for a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity with one of the world s top corporations.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the coordination of testing augmentation in support of UAT initiatives.
- Focus on supporting and defining understanding cross divisional testing needs and the creation of a repeatable service capability.
- Provide the industry metrics necessary to measure supplier success to ensure high quality service delivery is guaranteed.

Competencies and Knowledge:

- Strong functional knowledge of healthcare insurance processes, regulations and customer needs.
- Must have experience with large organization UAT testing protocols
- Must demonstrate knowledge of industry practices around test metrics and critical metrics reporting
- Must demonstrate experience within Agile development methodologies
- Proven experience in defining and developing service level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience working with service providers to deliver on key objectives and deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing core people, process and technology improvement solutions.
- Proficient analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, learn quickly and synthesize corresponding solutions, options and action plans.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally to drive solutions and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of leadership.
- Proficient facilitation skills, including the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated successful leadership experience in managing healthcare insurance operations.
- Proven experience in defining, developing and managing service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proven ability to effectively manage service provider performance and delivery quality.
- Expert level analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, learn quickly and synthesize corresponding solutions, options and action plans.
- Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Administration or related field and 6 years of experience healthcare insurance operations, to include leading complete projects/programs and working with third party service providers, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Functional knowledge with appropriate business area preferred.
