Business Systems Analyst PHC

For our pharma client in Basel we are currently looking for a

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (PERSONALIZED HEALTHCARE)

TASKSFunctional and/or technical specifications; Process flow diagrams; Training documentation and/or work instructions; Computer System Validation documents
- Depending on application and/or function, may configure system settings and/or options.
- Participate in meetings, document discussions, and provide attendees with clear meeting outcomes and action items.
- Facilitate and/or support customers in UAT planning and execution.
- Participate in and advise roadmap discussions; key member of vendor assessment teams.
- Drive resolution of business risks or systems issues.

MUST HAVES:

- +5 years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst and a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and evolving environment.
- Exposure to and/or experience of integrating statistical analysis tools (eg R, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Understanding of underlying computational requirements for performing advanced analytics (eg OS capabilities, correlation Matrix generation, parallelization, TPU/GPU, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas and to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and understanding of application development methodology - including Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional and non-functional requirements, data flow modelling, use case development, capability to solution mapping, test case development and execution.
- Ability to rapidly understand business requirements and communicate business expectations to cross-functional technology development teams.
- Experience with and understanding of any of the following areas a plus: Cloud Infrastructure; Computer systems validation; Different Data modalities eg: Imaging, Electronic Health Records, Genomics, Real World Data, Clinical Trial Data, and Digital Health data; Open source technologies (R, Python, Github, etc.)
- Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVES:
+++ BA/BS in Business, Science, or Computer Science preferred
+++ Experience with and understanding of Pharmaceutical/Biotech GxP environment
