BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Brea, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- SFDC Business Analyst will join the Global SFDC/CRM team as an individual contributor to support the CRM applications for the field sales, internal sales operations, and marketing business functions.
- This role will be working with the IT project team and Business users to configure, and test the SF instance.
- Configure SF features to satisfy the business requirements.
- SF administration.
- Data loads as part of system conversion.
- Designs data integrity protocols to prevent data entry errors to ensure data quality.
- Work with business super-users team members in the release process to test and validate SF features against requirements and specifications to maintain a high level of service in production environments.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the configuration/custom code satisfies the business requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant field.
- Three to five (3 - 5) years of SFDC experience
- The candidate must have extensive experienced with exceptional business systems analysis, writing and listening skills, and is well versed in the sales funnel, lead, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
- Must be able to work independently once given the direction and objectives.
- Data migration experience required
- Experience in executing complex global projects.
- Com experience required with system administrator certification a plus.
- Detailed understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com CRM sales and service cloud platform as well as other cloud applications such as BigMachines.
- Production and sandbox design and development experience is required; prefer experience configuring and supporting other Salesforce.com AppExchange applications.
- Experience having worked functionally across the organization to ensure global alignment on the use and impact of any changes in Salesforce and supporting systems.
- Experience developing test plan and test scripts.
- Understands system infrastructure, and master data models.
- Experienced in migration of design and data elements from sandbox to production.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to lead cross functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A Certificate in any of the following is a plus:

Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Salesforce.com, Bigmachines.
- Oracle EBS, Siebel, SalesLogix, Big Machines, Eloqua, Xactly Incent, Calidus, or Varicent knowledge a plus
