Business Systems Analyst Job

SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage change across large global organizations
- Senior Business Systems Analyst will determine requirements by interviewing business clients, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions.
- Senior Business Systems Analyst will create business process models, standard operating procedures, training material and job aids using Visio and other tools.
- Present proposed solutions to business stakeholders and management via whiteboard and PowerPoint.
- Responsible for performing unit, integrated and functional tests and resolve issues found during testing. Create technical design documents from business requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, EE.
- MUST have strong change management skills and experience.
- MINIMUM of five (5) plus years of experience as a business analyst with a minimum of two full life cycle TMS implementations.
- Agile/Scrum software development experience
- Knowledge of standard transportation EDI sets for all modes
- Experienced with Tier 1 Transportation Management Systems

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- OTM is preferred
- Six Sigma or lean experience is preferred
