INTRODUCTION: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc. ). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

MAIN TASK:

-Work closely with the Operations departments and the key customers in the scientific community to identify and analyze the current processes and to map the vision for the desired future application; determine initial requirements and translate the high-level vision into realistic technical models; recommend process improvements or aid in reengineering inefficient or overly-complicated systems, if required.
-Model or prototype the application and validate with the stakeholders. Scope project resource needs and negotiate with key partners.
-For most projects, build the required project components (UIs, forms, workflows, lists, libraries, sites, processes, documentation), using a modified Agile, iterative model. You may also partner with designated outside development resources to represent both Operations and science customers, facilitate communication or manage the project.
-Work with stakeholders to validate the application against requirements, test that it delivers according to expectations, and deliver appropriate documentation and train the stakeholders to use the application appropriately. Maintain frequent contact through the initial production phase to ensure continuing satisfaction; remain point of contact for maintenance and upgrade.

Requirements:

-3+ years experience building and maintaining Sharepoint sites, lists and libraries.
-3+ years experience with related forms and workflow tools (Nintex and Infopath preferred)
-3+ years experience with UI authoring using HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Sharepoint Designer
-A strong and demonstrated commitment to customer service; strong attention to detail, with unwavering standards for quality.
-Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects; ability to work with multiple teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed deadlines and targets.
-Must be motivated, energetic, flexible and creative, willing to continuously learn new concepts and be willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
-Fluent in English. German is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

-SharePoint 2013 and standard business tools such as MS Office
-InfoPath, Nintex workflows and forms
-Web page authoring using HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.
-Experience with web services (SOAP, RESTful)
-Familiarity with Visual Studio, Visio, C#, Visual Basic, HTML5 mobile and iOS development
-Experience in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
-A working understanding of database design principles, SQL, etc.
-Strong project managements skills
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business problems and isolate, advocate best solutions and bring them to paper.
