Business Systems Analyst required for a successful client based in Hertfordshire. The Business Systems Analyst will be able to provide in-depth Business System Analysis and poses a thorough understanding of CRM MS Dynamics and ideally ClickDimensions (or any other digital email marketing solution).
The Business Systems Analyst should have worked previously in an Agile environment (ideal) and will have experience working on digital email marketing solution projects. The Business Systems Analyst must have experience of an email marketing solution, and any Business Systems Analysts with experience of ClickDimensions will be of particular interest.
In this Business Systems Analyst role you will be need to be confident engaging with key business stakeholders to gather and specify the requirements and produce separate RFP's / ITT's for potential e-mail marketing service providers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners to respond.
