Business Systems Analyst - Contract - AMP Ltd

About the role:

This established well known financial organisation is searching for a talented Business Systems Analyst to work on an exciting project in a fast paced environment. You will not only be documenting functional specification but engaging with many different stakeholders throughout the team, ranging from architects, testers, development and management to facilitate a BPMS project.

YOU\'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Providing full documentation of functional specification
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Working closely with the business to confirm requirements and define these into a solution 
- Working closely with development and architects
- Working closely with testing to describe changes
- Managing multiple work items at one time

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

- At least 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- At least 2+ years of BPMS experience
- Business process analysis, mapping and design
- Possess exceptional soft skills, be highly personable and emotionally intelligent
- Experience and knowledge of day-to-day operations in an IT department
- Solid SQL and Relational Database knowledge
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of the full systems development life cycle
- Web experience is highly desirable 
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Financial experience is advantageous, but not essential
