My client is a world-leading HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) corporation, with a diverse and extensive client portfolio operating in a multitude of business domains and industries to deliver innovative end-to-end talent management solutions. There is an urgent requirement for a talented, bright and creative Business Systems Analyst to join an evolving dynamic team, the candidate will need to meet the following criteria:

-Experience running operations in a BPO delivery centre - could be HR, Finance or Contact centre (eg voice)
- BPO experience is essential
-Must have run operations in a SSC of scale - so over 100 employees in the center, with a transaction volume that is circa 5k calls per week, 100k requests for action per week
-Coming from an environment that has had SLA/KPI either internally or as part of a commercial operation
-Strong analytical skills needed with an understanding of a production/operational capacity staffing in a center (ie volume, shifts, metrics, reporting, etc)
-Excellent people management skills & operational management including rostering, production planning, capacity planning
-experience in running the operational side of a delivery centre.

The successful candidate must be willing to live in Wellington, NZ for 6 months, the role will offer exceptional rates of up to NZ$2,000/day, joining an innovative business delivery team.
