JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Analyze existing reports in the Hyperion environment to determine the following:

1. Number of existing reports in the Hyperion environment for EPG.
2. Number of data sources used for each report within EPG Hyperion.
3. Existing queries used for each report and document these queries for building the new reports.
4. Determine estimates and level of effort for each report to be converted using the Oracle tools.
5. Determine estimates and level of effort for each report to be re-created with the new Oracle tools.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have reporting experience with Oracle databases and connecting reporting tools like Impromptu, Hyperion Reporting, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Must have experience in analysing existing report structured query logic in Oracle and SQL Server.
- Must have Oracle and SQL Server reporting experience to analyze and converting existing reports with Oracle reporting tools.
- Must have the ability to create new Oracle Reports using the latest Oracle reporting tools like OBIEE.
- Must have the ability to create reporting menus within Oracle reporting tools that allow subsets of plant and program data to be selected prior to reports being created.
- Must have the ability to analyze a broad range of different user reports to consolidate existing reports into report template standards for other to use.
- Must have the ability to create reports from multiple database imports including Oracle, SQL Server, and proprietary system databases.
- Must have the ability to setup reporting functions like printing, exporting, and saving report output.
