The Analyst in this position will be focused on analysis and syncing up the forms repository on the web with outside vendors for all products in all states.

Formal description: The candidate will be responsible for analysis and documentation of product development projects working across product lines (fixed annuities, fixed indexed annuities, variable annuities, life insurance, and long term care). This position will also manage smaller-scale projects for in-force compliance and regulatory changes as required through the product development intake process. In addition, s/he will provide support on product rules, product business rules, and in-force product support for compliance and regulatory changes as well as product development initiatives.

OVERVIEW:

- Analysis and support of in-force business: includes interpreting product, regulatory, and compliance requirements and coordination of the understanding of those requirements across all project teams. (20%)
- Develop business project plans for state launches, in-force product and regulatory changes as assigned. Develop specifications documents for the project or portion of the project as applicable.
- Partner with Compliance, Actuarial, Legal, Operations, Product Innovation, IT and other functions to develop and gather requirements, define state specific requirements, and deliver specifications to support Product, Compliance, and/or Operations initiatives or other areas as assigned. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with all supporting business units, vendors, and key stakeholders. (35%)
- Participate in the development of and/or creation of forms and launch materials (eg SOUs and service forms) for Product Development, Compliance and Regulatory, Operations, or other projects as assigned. (40%)
