Support Project deployment
Plan & facilitate business validation
Solid working knowledge of Process Navigator and building business process maps
Build and maintain a strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in functions and teams across the business
Work with stakeholders and associated business units to reduce resistance and effect organizational change
Ability to hit the ground running within any stage of a project
PREFERRED:
2 - 3 years HR systems experience
2 - 3 years Project implementation experience
