Business Systems Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Description: An information technology professional with broad experience in the hospital and clinics information technology setting performing application and technology requirements gathering, project request development, and coordination of high-level IT impact assessments. Supports the Intake Process Owner in running and continually improving project intake for the Network Services organization. Additionally, this person will have demonstrated experience in small project planning and management and in project data analysis and reporting.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

3-5 years IT Experience

2-3 years customer service and data analysis experience

TOP 3 - 5 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as the initial point of contact for all new project requests coming into the organization

Critical communication point for process stakeholders, creating visibility into request status and keeping our customers aware of process steps

Continually improves the organizational intake process and methods, enabling increased integration and execution of initiatives across the company

Monitor projects for client account investment guidelines violations, updates and changes

Assist in the resource forecasting for the Network Service Organization

Responsible for research, and analysis for incoming projects

Communicate with both clients and our team regarding various investment policies, procedures and compliance issues

Process intake requests

TOP 3 - 5 REQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrated effective (intermediate level) use and experience with MS Excel

Uses independent judgment to analyze the intake process to determine the significant drivers and metrics

Effectively communicates with customers

Educational Requirement:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
Either a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) desired but not required
