Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is the designated resource responsible for the quality of the business area's deliverables and for performing the business processes (such as user acceptance testing) that produce those deliverables. Business Systems Analyst generally control the inputs used in the process and are accountable for the quality of the outputs. The Business Systems Analyst is expected to work in conjunction with the Lead Business Process Manager to ensure that the business requirements are defined and that the program realizes the Business Plan objectives.

Essential Functions
Primary liaison to the business community.
Acts as primary point of coordination/aggregation of business requirements
Ensures that business requirements are defined and feasible.
Verifies that the business requirements are supported in the IT implementation
Maintains constant communications with the Lead Business Process Managers regarding process or site deployment issues.
Identifies deployment environment changes that may impact the solution.
Strong documentation and research skill.
Up to 75% travel

Basic Qualifications
Demonstrates 8+ years of direct business related experience which may include large business technology projects with a significant number of integrated processes.
Demonstrates ability to direct and manage quality reviews and quality control monitoring for large complex programs.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Ability to travel up to 75%
4-year degree(preferred) in related field or 4 additional years of equivalent work experience

IVR call flow design
