Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST to join our client in Plano, TX.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating structured project plans and ensure the successful execution of steps outlined in the plans.
- Facilitate meetings with business partners and communicate technical information in a natural and easy to understand language and format.
- Assist in preparing proposals and business cases in support of the business and IT communities.
- Serve as the conduit for the flow of requirements between the customer community (both internal and external) and the software development team.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Develop and execute test plans, and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Assist in identifying the root cause of system and operational issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
- Be the liaison between business units, technology and support teams.
- Create and maintain updated documentation on business processes, applications and business solutions including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, test cases, training and system manuals, and job aids.
- Generate daily/weekly and ad-hoc test reports, classify priority and ensure that all the defects are tested successfully resolved by the development team.
- Participate and/or lead Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Ad-hoc Testing, Integration Testing Performance Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years business analysis experience supporting IT projects.
- Three to five (3 - 5) years experience implementing systems solutions preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in varying aspects of MDM - Data Profiling, ETL, Data Quality, Match, Merge, Hierarchy Manager and administration is a plus.
- Experienced and skilled user of office productivity tools such as Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Server.
- Experience in HP Quality Center a must. Should be able to demonstrate ALL the steps in creating and executing test plan.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts using strong presentation skills.
- Able to multi-task with great time management and prioritization skills.
- Should possess a strong understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into complete and concise application and operational requirements.
- Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
- Must be self motivated, independent, resourceful and a demonstrated leader who is capable of being objective and giving/taking constructive feedback.
