Projektbeschreibung

Our client is a super high-visibility software company looking for an individual with good communication/interpersonal skills and good SQL skills. This person will be tasked with HTML web work and Project Work using his/her SQL and HTML skills.

OVERVIEW

- Weekly support and monitoring of the Tier 2 Service Request queue to respond to questions/issues raised by internal customers.
- Query a SQL database for investigation of questions or potential issues reported.
- Document Operational Guidelines and process flows.
- Create organization Matrix to refine and simplify large quantities of data.
- Update Organization section of the team website.
- Conduct field usage research and provide proposals of fields identified as essential or non-value add.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations Documentation and Process Improvement Project

- Operational Guidelines and Process Flows
- Create organization Matrix of relevant attributes and fields
- Conduct field usage research and provide proposals of fields identified as essential or non-value add.
- Report/present Field Usage and organization documentation within the team as needed.
- Create SLAs between data partners and the team.
- Ensure relevant document updates are also updated on the website.
- Create documentation as necessary (for issues, support policies, or general purposes such as process and documentation for the future, etc.).
- Publish report(s) as needed on scheduled basis.

2. Simplification Project

- Assist with creating and driving new processes to streamline support efforts to implement the Simplification Project.
- Provide analysis on an ad hoc basis to support miscellaneous deliverables in association with the project.
- Coordinate with other team members as the need is defined.

3. Communications and SDLC Projects

- Assist with any other deliverables as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with other team members as the need is defined.
- Assist with creating and driving new processes to streamline User Support efforts in any area.
- Provide analysis on an ad hoc basis to various customers to support miscellaneous deliverables.
- Update communication points (website, SharePoint site, etc.) as needed.
- Support the monthly SDLC release cycle through UAT regression testing and implementation.

4. Tax Audits

- Resolve and address exceptions as they occur with daily audits
- Prepare and assist in other audits as they occur throughout the cycle

5. Self-Hosting

- Participate in the evaluation of tool interaction with new platforms as various builds are released.
