Business Systems Analyst

For our client located in Lessines in Belgium, we are currently looking for a Business systems Analyst for a one year project starting ASAP.

Business Analyst for a Quality workflow software rollout to 70+ manufacturing and corporate function sites for a CCM (Change Control Management) and CAPA (Corrective Action, Preventative Action) newly defined process and Trackwise Quality tool workflow. A standard work approach is being used to rollout the solution to each facility. As this is a global project, therefore some project meetings will occur during non-standard US business hours.

Accountable for demonstrating solid technical knowledge, strong business knowledge, require limited direction, handle complex problems, possesses extensive knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, including rolling out new processes and systems, strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
1) Solicit continuous improvement input and enhance existing templates standard work templates.
2) Manage and resolve manufacturing site specific system issues, including issues escalated from manufacturing site SMEs.
3) Conduct business analysis on individual manufacturing site process intersection points, including data/information flow. Coach site Quality SMEs on defining their individual site intersection point process flows, based on a global standard CCM process.
4) Plan and conduct CCM and CAPA process and tool training sessions for the extended IT team part time resources located in the manufacturing plants.
5) Provide consultation to customers on business process redesign. Assist in the development of system documentation and training/job aid materials.
6) Provide Tier 3 support for site escalated IT system production questions. Member of a team which provides this support through 'hyper care,' which is a short period of time after a site goes live where SMEs receive additional hands on support.
7) Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Responsible for the data management process issues between IT developers and operational processes.
8) Identify, analyze, propose and document appropriate solutions for problems and issues that may impact the project. Identify and understand issues that may impact day-to-day operations and or project costs. Use technical tools for (queries, process maps, etc) for problem resolution.
9) Understand and follow appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes.
10) Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions or teams. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function.

Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of the application development and staggered multi-site releases/deployments. Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening). Solid business knowledge, with a preference for Quality and/or manufacturing systems experiences. Operates with a sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills. Must be detailed oriented and work will within a team setting, and independently.
Bachelor's degree, with 5+ years experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems. Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training.

Note:
There will be a limited number of travel trips, which will typically be 1 week in duration at a time.
