ENCLIPSE is seeking a consultant level software process engineer to take a leadership role in process design for a large and complex set of production systems including, mobile computing and Intranet.

This position is an individual contributor reporting directly to the Manager of the seven person Governance and Process Engineering team. This position will be the only position dedicated to process engineering.

This position is located in Colorado.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with leadership team to select improvement areas and build a robust improvement strategy, integrate recommendations with other programs and initiatives.
Design and processes for production support and software development life cycle irrespective of the development methodologies.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions to identify gaps. Develop and implement process improvement plans with cross functional technical teams and create monitoring criteria. The parameters can include process standardization, input and output criteria, training, testing, methodologies, governance etc.
Advise and train cross functional teams in process improvement techniques.

Required Skills
Ten years of relevant work experience, including at least five years in software development and a total two years in process design and documentation. A full understanding of process best practices to include documentation is required.
At least two years involvement with an Agile software development process.
Strong understanding of iterative and incremental software development process frameworks including Agile.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Green or black belt six sigma certification.
ITL V2 or V3 certification.
Soft Skills
Effectively collaborate, coordinate, and communicate, both written and verbal, across disciplines and departments. Work directly with all functional areas of KP-IT and outside vendors.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
Exceptional communications skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
