Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider of cable and telecom services, is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to act as the overall enterprise owner for mobile services training initiatives responsible to understand and communicate schedules, context and processes required for training development and delivery

Duties include:

- Decomposes all new initiatives for original and BAU products into training, support and policy requirements for the corporate, vendor and regional learning and development teams
- Schedules and prioritizes train-the-trainer schedules, working with product owners to de-conflict dates as necessary
- Works with cross-functional teams to aggregate and develop requirements for all items required for knowledge transfer including training environments, SME support, training repositories, as well as delivery and distribution mechanisms
- Partners with cross functional groups to do an in-depth analysis of all existing methods and procedures and works closely with these groups to devise, test and implement new processes based on this analysis
- Collaborates with all cross functional groups to ensure that all new products/features/CR's and system improvements are being addressed on the documentation/training and M this includes creating, editing and administering articles the enterprise knowledge base
- Responsible for all communications with our regional teams on all items related to mobile services - this includes creating a weekly newsletter, hosting a weekly meeting and acting as the main point of contact for all questions from our field teams

Required Skills:

- Deep experience with Office tools including Sharepoint
- Working knowledge of common wireless technologies such as 3G, 4G, WiFi, mobile operating systems and device management
- Excellent written and verbal skills that are appropriate for all levels in the organization (senior leadership through customer service agent)
- Strong contention management skills to drive agreement across multiple teams, in disbursed locations with differing priorities
- Proven ability to successfully work across multiple business units, while keeping Business Objectives a priority
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced, ever changing environment
