Business/Systems Analyst 1

We are seeking a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST to work for one of the world s top corporations.

You will Leverage the rich and robust data available in the staffing organization to help tell the story of how our candidates find and interact with our jobs across multiple channels. Help build out meaningful reporting that influences the business to make the right decision for their advertising and tool spend. In this role you will work with several different data sets, both internal and from 3rd party vendors. Success at the end of this assignment, will be bringing together the data into one source (work already in progress), and then building meaningful, executable reports that users across staffing can access. In addition, you will help build an all up view of the data for Staffing Globally, which will be presented to our staffing leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- EXPERT EXCEL SKILLS
- ACCESS WOULD BE BENIFICIAL
- STRONG ANAYLTIC SKILLS
- CONSUMER MARKETING EXPERTISE WOULD BE BENFICIAL
- 2 TO 3 YEARS experience in REPORTING
- 1-3 years work related experience is required.
- Extensive experience developing queries, reports and forms in database programs.
- Knowledge or experience doing reporting required.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Basic understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software life cycle methodology, and information systems development preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
