BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST - TECHNICAL - DATAMODELLING - BANKING - LUXEMBOURG
We are currently looking for a experienced Business System Analyst to work in a banking organisation for our client who is a global leader and blue chip company. This contract position is to start in immediately for a minimum of 6 months in Luxembourg.
MISSION
- Leads detailed requirement phases in collaboration with BA and technical analysts.
- Performs and document AS is and to Be model in collaboration with the business.
- Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Life Cycle and CMM deliverables utilizing reporting tools, requirements
- Together with Project Manager, determines best mix of development, interfacing applications, core system development. Short term/Long term solutions.
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Requirements methods: interviewing, data modelling, business process modelling, Interfaces modelling.
- Different requirement methodologies: methodology of Object Orientation, Use Cases, Unified Modeling Language, iterative methodologies like RUP and traditional waterfall approach
- Quality Controls
- Cost/Benefit Analysis & alternatives identification
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Professional with of MINIMUM 8 YEARS IN AN ANALYST POSITION in a banking environment.
- A strong experience in FUND ACCOUNTING AND MIDDLE OFFICE BUSINESSES.
