Your Skills
- Experience in the business support
- Experience in working with contracts
- Knowledge of the offer & invoicing procedure
- Very good communication skills
Your Tasks
- Preparing and reviewing consulting contracts under formal, commercial and legal aspects
- Ensuring the Consulting Offer-to-Invoice process, provide process specific organizational and technical advices to the sales and to the shared service center
- Creation of financial calculation and monitoring of ongoing projects
- Support the Head of Services Sales and the Services Account Managers in daily business
- Ensuring good collaboration and contact relationship with customers, alignment on contract content and invoicing procedure
- Support in the allocation of consultants to projects in the internal network as well as administrative support to the purchasing process of third party consultants
- Creation of statistics and analysis
Language
- French and English (fluently and in written form)
- German (basic knowledge, but not mandatory)
