Business Support Officer - FLUENT DUTCH OR FRENCH

LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 12 months

LANGUAGES: Fluent French or Dutch

My client is based in Brussels, Belgium and is looking to recruit a fluent French or Dutch speaking Business Support Officer to start immediately.

The Business Support Officer will be responsible for the following:

- Analysis of clients' questions
- Interpretation of anomalies after batch handling
- Executing manual data corrections in applications
- Participation in business acceptance testing
- Follow-up and reporting of the progress of corrections

The Business Support Officer will be experienced within the following technical and functional skills:

Mandatory:

- Experience in administrative applications
- Knowledge of group insurance
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Preferable:

- Able to work with SAS
- Experience with file handling
- Experience with executing test scripts and report test results
- Knowledge of DB2P (Sigedis) is an advantage
