Business Support Officer (Brussels)

Our company is developing a reporting project for Group Insurance (DB2P).
We are actively searching a Business Support Officer. The Business Support Officer will have to demonstrate a specific profile described below.

Objective of the job
- Operational support of the DB2P declarations

o Follow-up of the declarations' planning
o Sending of declarations
o Interpretation of responses
o Executing corrections and cancellations
o Follow-up and reporting
o Analysis of clients 'questions

- Testing of developments in applications

o Creation and execution of test script
o Reporting of test results

Mission period
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Localisation
Brussels centre.
Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience

Level of education required
University graduate or experienced bachelor.

Language requirement
Dutch and French, one mother tongue, the second one very good

Business experience required 1-3 Years Experience

° Experience in administrative applications.

° Experience with executing test scripts and report test results

Technical experience required
Mandatory
° Knowledge of MS-office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Preferable
° Able to work with SAS
° Experience with file handling

Functional experience required 1-3 Years Experience
Mandatory
° Business Support in a similar environment

Preferable
° Knowledge of DB2P (Sigedis) is an advantage
