Business Support for SAP SD - Cleaning & Documentation - 3 months, Basel. On behalf of our client, an internationally successful pharma/biotech client located in Basel, Swisslinx is urgently seeking a Business Supporter to look after SAP SD for around 3 months.
In this 3-months contract, you will use your experience of SAP SD and the related, interlinked processes in order to help out on the business side (not IT). Your tasks include looking at the supply chain processes with a focus on planning and logistics execution, ensure that everything is cleaned and documented (user requirements, manuals, SOPs). Additionally, you will ensure that the system is maintained at a level that allows handing it over to a new permanent resource once you are finished.
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for an initiative, communicative and analytical individual with excellent client-orientation and the following qualifications:
- 4-5 years experience with SAP SD module (business side, not IT) and system expertise is an absolute MUST.
- Sound knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, esp. planning & logistics execution
- Min. 3 years experience in business support, esp. developing business documents, manuals, etc. is essential
- Pharma experience is a plus
- Fluent English skills (written/spoken)
