We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support as part of our continued growth.
The role will working in a team responsible for deploying the next generation of Feature and Configuration Tools (FaCT); the full benefit of this activity can only be realised through optimization of business processes where BoM and feature information is consumed.  This role calls for an individual with extensive BoM and feature experience who can apply their knowledge to ensuring that the solution deployed meets the business requirements through business process, organizational re-structuring and cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

Support Business Improvement initiatives.
Manage 'current' and 'future state' process development and documentation
Coordinate business change activities within the portfolio - this includes stakeholder engagement to ensure that as the technical solution is delivered, customer requirements are appropriately met.
Manage delivery of project artefacts to support agreed business change projects and meet SIPPE gateway requirements
Manage the reporting of status of the business change project.
Work within the i-PLM team to develop the specific changes required in support of business demands.
Support benefit recovery initiatives.
Work closely with PD Operations & COC's to ensure all business change projects are correctly resourced, delivered to business timing aspirations and at deployment achieve the intended business transformation benefits.
Escalate misalignment or conflict between stakeholders.
Maintain robust communication with all stakeholders and team

The Person

Highly driven individual with proven Project Management skills.
Proven networking capability
A motivated self-starter capable of making decisions in the best interests of the business and the BIP customers.
Understanding of the SIPPE project process is an advantage but not essential (Training will be provided where necessary)
Able to demonstrate the capability to deliver complex, cross functional solutions.
