BUSINESS SUPPORT CONSULTANT - CONTRACT

Contract: 2-4 months

Rate: negotiable dependant on experience

Hours: 8.30 - 5.30

My clients are a cosmetic company who are in the process of implementing a Sage Manufacturing System to run their supply chain. They are looking for a Consultant to help them get SAGE Manufacturing correctly setup in their offices.

They are looking for a technically minded individual with excellent social skills to finalise its implementation, train relevant members of the team, and manage the process of getting the supply chain to run using this new system. You will be supported by Sage Consultants who are available for technical guidance when needed. Previous experience with Sage is desirable but not essential; the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good grasp of IT and ideally business systems.

This position may suit a recent University Graduate with a few years experience, and you must be able to demonstrate as many of the following as possible:

·          Experience working with business systems. You do not have to be a technical expert in Sage - just technically savvy

·          IT proficient

·          Good social skills, you must be able to work well with others as the new supply chain will impact most people in the company

·          Be able to autonomously manage projects if required

·          Overcome personnel issues and challenges (staff work processes will change as a result of Sage being implemented)

·          The ability to work calmly with others as they learn how to adapt to the new system is important

·          Excellent communication skills

This is a contract role for a duration of 2-4 months, but this may be extended.
